SOUR CREAM LEMON PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Baked pie shell

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add butter, lemon juice and egg yolks; stir in milk. Cook over low heat until thick. Fold in sour cream. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Smooth meringue on top of pie. Brown in oven at 400 degrees.
