WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 2 med.
1 tsp. vanilla
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and oil in medium bowl; beat at medium speed of mixer 2 minutes or until well blended. Add egg; beat until light and lemon-colored. With mixer on low, add flour mixture alternately with bananas, beginning with flour and ending with flour. Blend well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour into loaf pan coated with cooking spray; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
