BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour, unsifted
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix together until crumbly. Press into greased 9 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over cool bottom layer.

TOP LAYER:

1 (6 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Spread over middle layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. You may grate chocolate on top if desired.
