ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Mix all ingredients, spread out in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 2 x 1 inch pieces.

Makes about 4 dozen appetizers.
