APPLE & PECAN SALAD 
5 apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Chop apples and pecans (do not peel apples). Add dressing mix and serve.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. water
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix sugar, flour, water and egg. Cook until sauce thickens. Add vinegar. Pour over apples and pecans and mix well. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
