WHEAT GERM ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. coarsely ground zucchini
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. salad oil
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. maple flavoring

Combine eggs, oil, sugars and flavoring, beat well. Stir in the zucchini, combine rest of ingredients and stir into first mixture, mixing only until blended. Blend in two 9x5 inch loaf pans 1 hour. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking. If desired, raisins may be added. They come out of the pan easier when they are still warm.
