Cake:

8 small MILKY WAY®s (fun size)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup pecans

Melt MILKY WAY®s and 1 stick of butter; set aside and let cool. Cream together sugar and 1 stick butter. Add eggs. Mix soda with buttermilk and add alternately with cake flour. Add MILKY WAY® mixture until creamy, then vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°F. Let cool in pan 30 minutes, then cover with icing.

Icing:

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 small (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow cream

Cook sugar, milk and butter together for 10 minutes or forms a soft ball. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
