FROZEN CORN 
9 c. corn
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. water

If corn is real sweet when purchased only use 1/4 cup of sugar.

Husk corn. In large kettle, boil water, with a few cobs at a time. Fill kettle and boil for two minutes. Put hot cobs then in cold water, cut from cob, then after corn is measured as above with other ingredients, add two cups to zip lock bags for freezing.
