PUMPKIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. non-fat dry milk 4 eggs 2 c. pumpkin 3 oz. bran flakes 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 8 tbsp. raisins 4 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. nutmeg; optional 2 tsp. cinnamon 6 packs Sweet 'N Low Combine all ingredients. Spoon in muffin pans sprayed with Pam. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. 3 muffins equal 1 milk, 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fruit, and 1 vegetable on the Weight Watchers Diet Plan. |
