SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag spinach or half lettuce
3-4 eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon or bacos

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 grated onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oil

Shred spinach; add chopped eggs and crumbled bacon. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over spinach just before serving as spinach wilts rapidly. Dressing can be made one month in advance.
