WILLIAMSBURG CHICKEN 
6 whole skinned, boned split chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk or cream sherry
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken breasts in 9x13 inch pan that has been buttered and salt and pepper. Layer cheese over. Mix soup with milk or sherry and spread over cheese.

Mix seasoned stuffing mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes more. Stuffing should be brown. Serves 6.
