EASY LAYERED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 carrots, peeled, sliced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Parsley for garnish

Layer potatoes evenly in oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Spread corn over potatoes. Sprinkle with green peppers, onions and carrots. Crumble beef over top. Sprinkle with marjoram and additional salt and pepper. Top with tomato sauce, spreading evenly. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Garnish with parsley before serving.
