1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. nuts, any kind
4 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 c. Chex cereal
1 c. pretzels

In an open roasting pan, melt butter. Gradually add Worcestershire sauce and salt, stir. Add Chex cereal, nuts and pretzels, stirring until ingredients are coated with sauce. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
