LOUIS HEAVENLY BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. (1 stick) soft butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar apricot baby food
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar applesauce baby food
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar strained carrots baby food

Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda; set aside. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in apricot, applesauce, and carrot baby food. Fold in flour mixture, just until combined. Spread evenly in a greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Use shortening.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until center springs when pressed. Makes 50 diamond-shaped bars.
