1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. chocolate pudding
Milk

1ST LAYER: Melt butter and add flour and nuts. Mix together and press into 9"x13" pan to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER: Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of large carton Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

3RD LAYER: Mix packages of instant pudding. Pour over cheese mixture. Add rest of Cool Whip and spread and sprinkle with extra nuts.
