WILD RICE AND DUCK 
duck breasts (approximately 6)
4 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 can (family size) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. hot sausage
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Boil chunks of duck breasts until tender; discard water. Cook rice as directed on package. Brown sausage and onion. Mix all ingredients; pour in greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
