JIFFY RAISIN LOAF 
3/4 c. golden raisins
hot water
2 c. prepared biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Rinse raisins in hot water; drain. Combine with biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Beat egg. Add milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack.
