BEEF WELLINGTON 
3 lbs. cubed beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Salt
Pepper

Cook beef with onion until very tender. Drain off liquid. Add sour cream to beef until it bubbles.

Saute:

1 onion, diced
2 carrots, shredded
1 stick butter

Cook:

1 pkg. linguini, cook as per instructions

Drain off liquid, add 1/2 stick butter to linguini, so it will not stick together. Place linguini on platter - top with sauteed onion and carrots, then pour beef mixture over linguini. Serve with salad.
