MERRY CRANBERRY SALAD 
Water
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
3 med. or 2 lg. oranges
1 (15-16 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 - 1 1/2 c. sugar
Lettuce leaves for garnish

In 4 quart saucepan sprinkle unflavored gelatin on 2 cups water; over medium heat, cook stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture is boiling. Remove from heat, stir in strawberry Jello until completely dissolved. Stir in 3 cups cold water. Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.

Peel, chop and place oranges in medium bowl. Add chopped cranberries and sugar to oranges; stir until completely dissolved. Fold fruit mixture into thickened gelatin. Pour into 9x13 pan and chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Salad can also be molded in bundt pan.
