BAKED CORN PUDDING 
1 can corn, whole
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Drop pieces of butter in a casserole to melt. Beat corn, eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl.

Just before baking beat baking powder with milk. Cover the casserole, if fizzes up. Put in a quart size casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
