ANTIPASTA SALAD 
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 tomato, cut up
1 onion, sliced
1 can black olives (no pits)
1 can flat anchovies
1/2 lb. piece of hard salami, cut in pieces
1 sm. bag frozen tiny shrimp
1/2 lb. piece of Provolone, grated fine
1 sm. bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing

Break lettuce into bite size pieces and layer on the bottom of a large bowl. Add layers of shrimp, cucumber, tomato, salami, olives and onion. Top with grated cheese and anchovies. Pour entire bottle of dressing over entire salad, just before serving. Do not mix.
