COFFEE CAKE 
3 pkgs. yeast
3 c. milk
1 c. water for yeast
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco or butter or oil
Salt
Flour to make soft dough

TOPPING;
2 c. cultured sour cream
1 can condensed milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs

Beat eggs and mix rest of ingredients together for your topping.

The dough is pressed into layer cake tins or pie pans, do not let raise, put fruit or cottage cheese on dough and add topping. Bake at once at 350 degrees until golden brown.

I have used canned fruits and raw fruit for coffee cake. Dough must be pressed thin on bottom and sides of pan.
