ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. zucchini
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook ground beef and onion until onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and pepper; bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Slice zucchini 1/4 inch thick.

In small bowl combine cottage cheese with egg until well mixed. In bottom of 12 x 8 inch baking dish arrange half of zucchini in single layer and sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour. Top with cottage cheese mixture and half of meat mixture. Repeat with remaining zucchini and flour and meat. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
