Mix the following ingredients together:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt

Then add:

1 c. sour cream with 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in it (I use buttermilk)
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs - stirring in one at a time
1 c. seeded cooked prunes
2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in 2 layer pans at 350 degrees or loaf pan - approximately 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes.

PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together, then ice cake when cool.
