POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 c. pecan or walnut pieces

Mix well. Roll dough into balls the size of walnut. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
