SIX WEEKS MUFFINS | |
3 c. sugar 15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal 5 c. plain flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs, beaten 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. oil In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. To bake, grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
