STEAK IN FOIL 
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak (1 inch thick)
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
3 med. carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 med. potatoes, pared and quartered
2 med. onions, quartered
2 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place a 24x18 inch sheet of heavy duty foil in a large, oblong pan. Place meat on foil. Stir together celery soup and dry onion soup mix. Spread over the top of the meat. Top the meat with the vegetables, sprinkle the water on the vegetables. Fold foil over and seal securely so that no steam escapes. Cook 1 1/2 hours (or until tender.)

Note: Cream of mushroom soup may be substituted for cream of celery.
