TURKEY ROLL | |
1 pkg. turkey breast filets 1 box cornbread stuffing mix made according to directions 1 sm. onion, diced 1 tsp. sage 1 egg 1 c. bread crumbs 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk Place 1/2 of the turkey filets in baking dish (13 x 9 inch). Make stuffing and add onion, sage, egg and bread crumbs. More or less bread crumbs may be used to make stuffing thick enough to mold. Dip stuffing onto center of turkey. Pull sides of filets up around stuffing to make a roll. Place remaining turkey on top and fasten with toothpicks to hold in place. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. While baking, mix milk and soup to gravy consistency. Pour over roll and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
