8 popsicle sticks
4 med. bananas, halved crosswise
1 c. peanut butter chips
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. butter
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/4 c. crumbs)
2 tbsp. colored sprinkles

Insert sticks in one end of each banana; set aside. In top of double boiler, over medium heat, heat peanut butter chips, heavy cream and butter, stirring until melted and smooth.

Combine cookie crumbs and sprinkles. Spread bananas with peanut mixture; roll in crumb mixture. Chill 1 hour or freeze until firm. If frozen, remove from freeze 10 minutes before serving.
