RUM BALLS 
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. Watkins rum extract
1 tsp. butterscotch flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. ground walnuts

In saucepan, melt chocolate pieces over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, water, corn syrup, rum extract, butterscotch flavoring and vanilla extract. Fold in vanilla wafers and nuts. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls using 2 teaspoons of mixture for each. Roll in additional sugar.

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Makes about 4 dozen.
