2 lb. stew meat
2 c. onion
2 c. potatoes
2 c. carrots
2 c. celery
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
3 c. V-8 or tomato juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine in covered casserole and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees or combine in crockpot, cover and cook all day.
