4 c. beet juice 1/2 c. lemon juice 6 c. sugar 1 box Sure Jell Cook 6 large beets until done (sliced) in enough water to make 4 cups. Mix Sure Jell with juices; bring to a boil. Add sugar. Boil hard for three minutes. Seal in jars. |
