CHILI CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tabasco (or to taste)
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Combine cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Tabasco. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Shape into rolls. Coat roll completely with mixture of 1 teaspoon paprika and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Chill several hours. Let set at room temperature before serving. Can be frozen.
