PEACH PUDDING 
6 peach halves
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. bread crumbs (soft & white)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. peach syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Place peach halves on buttered custard cups or in 8"x8" glass baking dish. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually and continue beating. Blend in crumbs and cinnamon. Stir in butter. Spread over peaches and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while warm with the following sauce.

mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and salt together. Add to peach syrup. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool sauce slightly. Serves 6.
