SAUSAGE OVER RICE 
1 link of smoked sausage
3 c. boiling water
2 c. white rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. teriyaki
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 bell pepper

Add rice to boiling water. Cook until fluffy and tender over simmer. Boil smoked sausage in large fry pan. When water evaporates and meat is swollen take it out. In the same frying pan add all other ingredients and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.

DISH PREPARATION: Rice as bottom layer of dish. Sausage on top of rice. Pour sauce over the entire dish. 30 minute dish.
