SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
4 sweet Italian sausage or patties
4 hot Italian sausage or patties
1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Let dough rise until double in size. Cook sausage (remove from casings if necessary) stirring to prevent browning. Drain. Break down dough; divide in two. Roll dough into long rectangles, 9 x 5 inches. Put half of cooked sausage in center of each rectangle. Sprinkle each with half of the cheese. Wet the edges of dough with water and fold over lengthwise or use toothpicks to secure edges together.

Bake in baking dish at 425 degrees for 20-25 minuets. Brush tops of baked loaves with melted butter. Serve hot or cold.
