TOMATO JAM 
4 c. tomatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 c. sugar
6 oz. Jello (strawberry, raspberry, or blackberry)

Boil tomatoes and sugar for 20 minutes. Stir often. Take off stove and immediately add Jello and stir until Jello has dissolved. Put into jars and seal. (Makes 5-7 jelly glasses.)
