MARY'S PEACH DELIGHT 
1 cookie butter crumb crust (Keebler brand)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 sm. can peaches
1 sm. container Cool Whip
3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Dice peaches and arrange on bottom of pie crust. Make Jello according to package but instead of adding cold water, add ice cream and stir until ice cream is melted. Pour over peaches and refrigerate until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
