PECAN CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Old English cheese
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Allow all cheese to stand at room temperature. When soft, add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This recipe may be made in advance and placed in freezer for later use. When ready to use, garnish top with sprig of parsley.
