CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 orange, liquified in food processor
Brandy, optional

Cook cranberries, sugar and orange in microwave on high with cover for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for additional 4 minutes. Optional - add 1 jigger brandy. Cool, serve warm or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
