1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Drain fruit and set aside. Whip Dream Whip (or use 4 cups Cool Whip). Cream sugar and cream cheese together; add whipped cream. Fold in fruit and put in 9x13 cake pan or in a bowl. Chill. May be used as soon mixed.
