HERB BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast (I use Rapid Rise)
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning (Spice Islands)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. flour (approx.)

Mix top 7 ingredients and gradually add flour. Knead and add flour until smooth and doesn't stick to your hand. Let rise until double. Punch down, shape into 2 loaves and put into greased loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake in 350 degree oven about 40 to 45 minutes. Good fresh or toasted. Freezes well.
