LIGHT WALDORF SALAD 
2 lbs. apples
4 tbsp. honey
4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
4 c. grapes, sliced
1/2 c. low calorie mayonnaise
3 1/2 c. vanilla lowfat yogurt

Mix fruit and celery. Combine honey, mayonnaise and yogurt. Add dressing to fruit, celery and walnuts. Chill and allow to flavor. Yields: 8 servings.
