MACARONI AND SHRIMP SALAD 
8 oz. macaroni
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. sm. shrimp, cooked & shelled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Add 1 tablespoon salt to 4 quarts rapidly boiling water for each pound of macaroni. Add macaroni and cook, uncovered, until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain, rinse in cold water. Toss all ingredients thoroughly with macaroni. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with pimentos and paprika.
