CHICKEN AND SAUCE 
6 chicken breasts (with or without bones & skin)
1 env. dry French onion soup mix
1 med. sized jar of Smuckers apricot preserves
1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing

Clean chicken and put in pyrex baking dish (single layer). Mix other 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon mix over chicken. Cook, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour (45 minutes for boneless). Great served with chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni.
