BARBEQUE SANDWICH 
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening
6 tbsp. minced onions
3/4 c. chili sauce or catsup
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. chili powder

Fry onions in shortening until soft. Add rest of ingredients and let come to a boil for a few minutes. Then add diced meat, cut in small pieces. Any kind of cooked meat can be used. Serve hot on buns.
