TEXAS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt
16 oz. can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and salt. Add pork and beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion and bring to a boil. Place mixture in round casserole and top with biscuits which have been cut in half, flat side down, in ring arrangement. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with cheese last five minutes.
