PASTA PRIMAUERA 
1/2 lb. ziti
5 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, diced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

In large bowl combine tomatoes, green peppers, basil, and dressing. Add cheese and ziti. Toss lightly and chill. About 4 servings.

Also add if desired: sliced olives, flaked tuna, pine nuts, any fresh vegetable.
