SUMMER SALAD 
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 bottle French dressing
4 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. salted peanuts
2 green peppers, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
6 tbsp. chutney

Mix curry powder and French dressing. Mix rice, salted peanuts, green peppers, green onions and chutney together. Rub a bowl with clove of garlic. Pour rice in bowl and mix with dressing.

NOTE: Can be made a day ahead.
