COLESLAW THAT KEEPS 
1 large head cabbage
1 large white onion
1 large green pepper
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Dressing Ingredients:

1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar

Shred or chop vegetables. Place in large bowl. Sprinkle sugars on top. Place dressing ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour dressing over vegetables. Do not stir. Cover bowl. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Toss before serving.

Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
